Our Mission
The Fellowship of Christian Professional Women (FCPW) brings hope, support, and mentors to women and children in Sierra Leone by strengthening local nonprofits and investing in initiatives rooted in faith and service. We equip leaders and communities through grants, professional development, mentoring, after-school enrichment, nonprofit governance training, and short-term mission outreach, fostering dignity, sustainable growth, and lasting transformation.

Providing financial support to Sierra Leonean non-profit organizations that serve women and children by addressing critical needs in education, health, and food security.

Offering mentorship and professional development opportunities for young girls and adult women to empower personal growth, leadership, and career advancement.

Establishing free after-school programs to support and supplement the education of underprivileged children, providing a safe and nurturing learning environment, and introduction to organized extra-curricular activities.

Coordinating mission trips to Sierra Leone for FCPW members and supporters to engage in hands-on service, ministry, and community outreach.

Publishing resources and offering certification programs focused on nonprofit governance, equipping organizations in Sierra Leone with tools for transparency, accountability, and effective leadership.
